Betsy Pooley

Betsy Pooley, PE is a highly experienced electrical project engineer currently serving as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer at Karpinski Engineering since November 2022. Prior to this role, Betsy held leadership positions including Director of Facilities Maintenance at Akron Children's Hospital from May 2015 to October 2022, and System Director of Facilities Engineering at Summa Health System from July 2013 to May 2015. Betsy's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Building Services and Electrical Engineer/Project Manager at Aultman Hospital, along with positions as an Electrical Engineer at Scheeser Buckley Mayfield, Horn Engineering, and WMA Consulting Engineers. Betsy earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering - Structural from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 1993 and 1997.
