Rosangela Schneider

Rosangela Schneider currently serves as CHRO and Executive Director of Talent Management at Karsten S.A. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rosangela held the position of VP and Global Head of HR Service Delivery at AptarGroup, Inc. from June 2016 to May 2025. Experience also includes serving as Senior HR Manager for Mercosul at Takasago, overseeing HR processes for Brazil, and working as a Consultant for ONG SABJA, supporting Brazilians in Japan. Earlier in career, Rosangela was HR Manager at Natura, managing HR for operations with over 3,000 employees and implementing change management systems and new HR policies. Educational achievements include a Coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
