Richard Boulton

Richard Boulton is the Director of Contracts at Karsun Solutions and has extensive experience in contractual business performance with federal government civilian, defense and international agencies, multilateral agencies, and commercial entities, including business development, risk analysis, proposal preparation and negotiation, contract and subcontract administration, pricing, and financial analysis. His Government contract administration and management experience include understanding of FAR and supplemental agency regulations, knowledge of CPFF, CPAF, T&M, and FP contract vehicles, negotiation of terms and conditions of prime contracts and modification documents, subcontracts, and teaming and nondisclosure agreements. Development of contract templates including master services agreements, commercial purchase orders, and complex subcontract agreements. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Management (MIM), Finance & Accounting from Thunderbird – American Graduate School of International Management.
