Steven Field

Steven Field ensures the integrity and compliance of Karsun’s financial operations. He has over 13 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer, building strong financial teams that scale with a company’s growth, as well as improving upon the finance function role by driving more efficient processes and streamlining financial reporting. Prior to joining Karsun Solutions, he helped support the exit strategy for LAC Group, where he was the Interim CFO. He was also the CFO at LSSI and Platinum Solutions, helping lead both government contractors to significant growth before their successful exit. He has significant experience working in technology start-ups as well as in government contracting and has held previous positions at Eastman Kodak, SHL Systemhouse, and Computer Sciences Corporation. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a CPA.
