Sundar Gangadharan

Sundar Gangadharan has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Sundar began their career in 1990 as a Software Developer at Excel System Consultants. In 1995, they joined CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd as a Software Development Manager, where they managed the development of ERP and Financial software products. Sundar also headed the Product Management Group and worked closely with the Implementation and Sales teams.

In 1998, Sundar joined BaaN Corporation as a Subject Matter Expert/Solution Architect, utilizing BaaN ERP to provide solutions for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Financial institutions. Sundar was also involved in sales activities and user training.

From 2003 to 2006, Sundar worked at Insyst Technologies as a Project Manager. Sundar then joined 3i Infotech Inc in 2006, first as a Program Manager and later as a Director - Projects. During their time at 3i Infotech Inc, they managed large engagements, ensured customer satisfaction and quality of delivery, implemented applications for international projects, and collaborated closely with marketing and sales teams.

In 2019, Sundar joined Fannie Mae as a Program Management Consultant, where they managed an enterprise-level program to migrate business applications to the cloud. Sundar worked with various partners and internal stakeholders to establish the target state for each application, engaged with scrum masters and established an SDLC process for cloud migration.
