Sthefany Vega Pérez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sthefany started their career as a Pasante Operativo at Hotel Marina Bay in 2009. After that, they worked as a Pasante Administrativo at Hotel Venetur Margarita in 2011. At the same hotel, they also served as an Asistente Ejecutiva de la Gerencia General from August 2011 to September 2015, where they were responsible for managing the executive's schedule, organizing meetings, taking minutes, assisting with negotiations, receiving VIP clients, coordinating corporate travel, and handling internal and external correspondence. Sthefany then transitioned into the role of Gerente de Alojamiento (E) in the same hotel from September 2015 to April 2016. Following their time at Hotel Venetur Margarita, Sthefany worked as an Encargada at Carne Hamburguesas from October 2016 to January 2018. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Service Coordinator at Karvi starting from January 2018.

Sthefany Vega Pérez completed their education in the field of hospitality and hotel management. From 2008 to 2011, they attended Colegio Universitario Hotel Escuela de Los Andes and earned a degree in Professional Hotel Management and Hospitality Administration. In 2015, they pursued further education at the Instituto Nacional de Turismo and obtained a diploma in Hotel Accounting. Sthefany'sstudies in this period focused on the technological aspects of accounting and included training as a technical accountant.
