Marley James began working at Firstsource in 2019 as a Customer Service Associate. In 2022, they moved to Karwell Technologies Inc, where they currently serve as a Bench Sales Recruiter.

Marley James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2019, having studied there from 2016.
