Mariana Aguirre is an experienced entrepreneur and professional in the fields of organic products and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. While practicing as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
