Mandy Ma has extensive experience in sourcing and merchandising, spanning over three decades in various leadership roles within the retail industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of General Merchandise at KAS Group Asia since August 2004, Mandy Ma is responsible for establishing sourcing and quality strategies for global operations. Previously, Mandy Ma held multiple managerial positions at Kmart Australia, including Head of Sourcing for General Merchandise and Home & Consumables, as well as Regional Merchandise Manager for Outdoor & Leisure categories. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Li & Fung and The East Asiatic Company, along with foundational work as a Quality Technician at Shanghai Broadcasting Equipment Factory.
