Aaron Anderson

Aaron Anderson has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Aaron started their career as an analyst at AMLI Residential, a vertically integrated luxury apartment owner & developer. Aaron quickly rose through the ranks and became Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions. In this role, they were responsible for investing on behalf of Morgan Stanley’s Prime Property Fund, a $34B+ institutional open-ended core real estate fund.

In June 2021, Aaron Anderson left AMLI Residential to join Kasa Living as Head of Multifamily Strategy. In this new role, they will be responsible for leading Kasa Living’s multifamily strategy and expanding their portfolio of properties.

Aaron Anderson attended the Wharton School for their Bachelors of Science in Economics with a focus in finance and real estate. Aaron also attended Highland Park High School.

Their manager is Roman Pedan, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Brianna Cuave - Director, Legal, Product & Commercial, Jordan Calaguire - VP, Head of Real Estate & Growth, and Antonio Corona - Director, Finance.
