Jack Shalvoy

Jack Shalvoy, CRMA, is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Portfolio Operations Manager IV at Kasa since September 2020, Jack has held various positions at the company, including Portfolio Operations Manager for Mountain/West and Central regions, as well as Portfolio Supervisor and Senior Housekeeping Supervisor. Prior to Kasa, Jack worked at Marriott International from February 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading over 70 housekeeping staff as Rooms Operations Manager, achieving record Quality Assurance Audit results, and improving room cleanliness metrics. Earlier career roles include supervisory and operational positions at The Blackwell Hotel and internships in hotel operations.
