Jen joined Kasa in 2021 and is responsible for leading Guest Experience for Kasa’s portfolio. Jen has over 12 years of global experience in the travel industry, including short-term rentals, inn-keeping, and property management software.
She started her career in travel with the startup HomeAway in 2008. She was instrumental in scaling its North American Customer Experience team, supporting three marketplaces, and building a team of over 100 to provide award-winning service. She next spent four years leading the Global Customer Experience team for another of HomeAway’s business units, BedandBreakfast.com. Jen led the platform’s expansion into multiple language support and developed Billing and Trust & Safety, teams. Jen also spent several years leading support teams for HomeAway’s software platforms and was successful in leading several major cross-functional strategic initiatives that were critical to the division’s success.
Jen attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, and also received certification in Project Management from Cornell University.
