Luke Callinan

Luke joined Kasa in 2021 and is responsible for leading Kasa’s investment activities in the independent and boutique hotel space.

Prior to joining Kasa, Luke spent nearly 14 years at The Chartres Lodging Group, an industry leading hotel owner-operator dedicated to the acquisition and repositioning of distressed hotel assets. While at Chartres, where he most recently led the group’s acquisition and development activities, Luke was directly responsible for over $2.0bn of total transaction activity, including the acquisition of more than 9,000 hotel rooms, investing alongside leading institutional investment partners such as KKR, Elliott Management Corporation, and Morgan Stanley.

Luke graduated with a BS from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, in his hometown of Ithaca, NY, with a concentration in real estate finance and development.
