Matthew Murto

Matthew Murto is a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer with a robust background in automotive design and engineering. Currently employed at Kasai North America, Inc. since March 2020, Matthew previously held positions at Bordrin Motor Corporation as a Design Engineer focusing on closure systems, and at Vehma International as a CAD Engineer responsible for exterior and interior components. With a career spanning several decades, roles included Design Leader at Collins & Aikman and Textron, where Matthew managed multiple fascia and interior trim programs. Earlier positions involved senior design roles at Megatech Engineering and Globe Industries, contributing to projects for Ford and GM, as well as lighting systems at North American Lighting. Matthew continues to build expertise in automotive design, having pursued studies in Automotive Design at Macomb Community College.
