Michell Shannon

Michell Shannon is an experienced Sr. Program Manager with a strong background in automotive product launches. Currently at Kasai North America, Inc since December 2021, Michell manages launch activities for various products, including headliners and center consoles. Previous experience includes a tenure at IAC Group from April 2011 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing GM Interiors product launches and facilitating the BTAB tool transfer process. Earlier career experience includes serving as Launch Manager at TI Automotive from 2005 to 2011, focusing on account and program management for major automotive clients such as Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, and VW. Michell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Production and Materials Management from Oakland University and an Associate's Degree in Industrial Technology and Robotics from Macomb Community College.
