Bill Taylor

Bill Taylor has extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Kaseya since December 2016, where the focus is on driving operational strategy and business process management. Previous roles at Kaseya include Director of Enablement Platforms and Senior Channel Enablement Manager, emphasizing the management of software delivery and member success. Prior to Kaseya, Bill worked at TruMethods, LLC as Member Success Team Lead, guiding members in implementing the TruMethods Framework. Additional experience includes roles in customer success and training at eMaint, Innovative Software Solutions Inc, and Apple Inc. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Bill holds a B.A. in Communication from Monmouth University.
