Joe Smolarski is a transformational technology and business executive with proven track record of driving an improved customer experience while increasing operational efficiency. As COO, Mr. Smolarski leads the operations, technology and back-office teams and is focused on driving automation and operational efficiencies across the entire Kaseya family of brands.

Mr. Smolarski joined Kaseya from MRP, a global provider of marketing intelligence, software and services, where he served as COO, overseeing global operations through a period of tremendous growth when the firm nearly doubled in size over two years. Prior to MRP, Mr. Smolarski spent 13 years with IPC Systems, Inc., the leading global provider of communications technology for the capital markets. Mr. Smolarski served in a variety of senior executive roles including CIO, head of global sales, and head of global operations. A proven thought leader, Mr. Smolarski has been instrumental in the transformational shift of company product roadmaps from legacy technology platforms to best-in-class technology solutions, including the transformation of service models to maximize efficiency.

In addition, Mr. Smolarski has led multiple strategic blueprint programs to maximize company performance, with a focus on using technology to drive automation in all functions. His experience includes the global implementations of numerous technology platforms including SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, BMC/Remedy, B2B e-commerce portals and business intelligence reporting for KPI dashboard automation.

Mr. Smolarski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Temple University.
