Joel Francisco

Joel Francisco is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR North America at Kaseya since January 2022. Prior to this, Joel held various HR roles at Platinum Group Security from July 2012 to January 2022, where responsibilities included HR operations, recruitment, training, and payroll administration for over 1000 employees. Joel also served as Operations Manager, effectively managing 4000+ manhours per week across multiple accounts in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Earlier in the career, Joel worked as a Police Officer for the City of Hollywood for over a decade, enforcing laws and ensuring public safety. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
