Samantha Schaefer

Samantha Schaefer is an experienced account manager currently serving as Team Lead at Kaseya since June 2022, following a role as Associate Account Manager. Prior to Kaseya, Samantha worked at the University of Miami from August 2020 to May 2022 as a User Assistant and Desk Assistant, providing technical support and excellent customer service to students. Additionally, Samantha gained digital marketing experience as an intern at Prescription PR and fundraising expertise at Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Starting a career in administrative support at Monarch Insurance Brokerage Inc., Samantha has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Miami, earned in 2022.
