Francisco Egocheaga

Francisco Egocheaga has held various managerial roles throughout their career. Francisco started in 2005 as a Gerente de Línea at GMD - Grupo Graña y Montero, where they led a team of 42 high-profile technical engineers. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Adexus as a Gerente de Operaciones, responsible for service delivery in Peru and involved in strategic planning. Subsequently, they joined Canvia in 2013 as a Business Unit Manager, leading the Service Desk Unit and managing a team of over 900 employees. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at KASHIO, a digital financial services platform, where they were responsible for corporate operations.

Francisco Egocheaga completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura. Francisco attended this program from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma, which they pursued from 1987 to 1994.
