Jimmy Esteban More Olazabal / PM4R has a comprehensive work experience in various companies. Starting from 2011, they worked as a Practicante de Inventarios at Dinet Peru, where they were responsible for identifying orders with issues, supervising daily merchandise shipments, and managing warehouse transfers. Jimmy Esteban then became a Practicante de Proyectos, where they generated reports, prepared quotations, and conducted comparative analysis.

In 2013, Jimmy took on the role of an Asistente de Proyectos at Dinet Peru, where they implemented accounts for companies like Paris and Sodimac, reviewed bids, and handled logistics processes. Jimmy Esteban also worked as an Analista de Operaciones, where they produced management reports, designed logistics processes, and improved productivity through time tracking.

In 2014, they joined Ransa Comercial S. A. as an Analista de Proyectos, where they created executive reports on investment tracking, monitored strategic projects, and developed a balanced scorecard database.

From 2015 to 2017, Jimmy worked at Servicios, Cobranzas e Inversiones SAC as an Analista de Procesos y Proyectos Estrategicos. Here, they coordinated project execution, supported change management, and tracked post-implementation risks.

In 2017, they transitioned to Financiera Crediscotia, where they held two positions. Jimmy Esteban More Olazabal has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. From 2008 to 2013, they attended the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2019, they enrolled in the PM certifica program to obtain a Scrum Master certification, focusing on general business administration and management. During the same year, they also attended the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú to study design thinking in the context of administration and management. In 2016, Jimmy Esteban More Olazabal furthered their business administration and management education by completing a program on Project Management at the Universidad de Lima. Additionally, in 2014, they attended the Británico language school to improve their English skills at the basic level. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a degree in Finance at the Universidad ESAN, specializing in the formulation and evaluation of ongoing projects. In terms of certifications, they obtained the PM4R Professional certification from the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo in July 2022. In April 2020, they also completed the "Camino a la Excelencia en Gestión de Proyectos" certification program offered by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
