Sandeep Nikam

Sandeep Nikam currently serves as the Vice President of Legal at Kashiv BioSciences LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing legal operations, providing strategic legal input for business development and M&A initiatives, and developing strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with India operations. Previously, Sandeep held the position of Head Legal at Abbott India Limited, managing legal functions across multiple countries while overseeing high-value transactions and compliance. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager - Legal at Jio, Senior Manager - Legal at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and various legal roles at Bharti Airtel, Glenmark Generics, Walmart Global Sourcing, Mindcrest, and Crawford Bayley & Co. Sandeep holds an Executive Education degree from the Indian School of Business and an MBA from the National Institute of Management, along with a law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai.
