Allison Ray has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Allison started their career in 2011 as a Circulation Desk Assistant at the Harry Elkins Widener Memorial Library. Allison then worked as a Research Assistant at the Polinsky Linguistics Lab, where they conducted a linguistic experiment. In 2013, they became the President of the Harvard-Radcliffe Gilbert & Sullivan Players and also joined Harvard University as a Choral Fellow, performing in daily Morning Prayers services. Allison then joined Dunster House Opera as a Board Member in 2012. In 2014, they joined Weiss Asset Management, working in the Operations Team until October 2015. From 2017 onwards, they have been associated with Kasisto, Inc., initially as a Software Engineer/Linguist, then as a Director of Data Science and currently as a Senior Director of Data Science.

Allison Ray attended Harvard University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics. Prior to that, they attended Helena High School from 2007 to 2010, where they were recognized as a Presidential Scholar.
