Joshua Baptiste

Joshua Baptiste has a total work experience of over 15 years. Joshua started their career at Xerox as a Quality Assurance VQX in Canada in 2006. Joshua then moved on to SpeechCycle in 2007, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on speech self-service solutions. In 2012, Joshua joined Synchronoss Technologies as a Project Manager and later became the VoiceCare Quality Assurance Lead. Since 2015, they have been working at Kasisto, Inc., starting as a Senior Project Manager and progressing to Director of Project Management and then Director of Product Management. Joshua is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management, responsible for product vision, strategy, and various aspects of KAI, the conversational AI platform offered by Kasisto.

Joshua Baptiste attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
