In 2012, Joshua joined Synchronoss Technologies as a Project Manager and later became the VoiceCare Quality Assurance Lead. Since 2015, they have been working at Kasisto, Inc., starting as a Senior Project Manager and progressing to Director of Project Management and then Director of Product Management. Joshua is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management, responsible for product vision, strategy, and various aspects of KAI, the conversational AI platform offered by Kasisto.
