Niharika P. has worked in various roles since 2012. Niharika began their career as an HR Business Partner at Possible Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. in 2012. In 2015, they moved to Ramsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Executive. In 2018, they became a Senior HR Executive at Merlinhawk Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. Niharika then moved to Silverline in 2019 as a Resources Specialist & Project Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Kasmo as an Agile Project Manager -Salesforce.

Niharika P. obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR & Marketing from Gayatri Vidya Parisad in the years 2010-2012. Niharika has also obtained three certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2022, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in January 2022, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in November 2021.
