Luis Gonzalez Alvarez

Luis Gonzalez Alvarez has extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Luis currently works as a Projects Manager at Plug Power, focusing on hydrogen projects and the implementation of hydrogen solutions. Prior to this, they worked at TSK Electrónica y Electricidad for several years in various positions, including Project Manager, Project Director, Deputy Project Director, On-Shore Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Guarantee Period Team Member, and Project Engineer.

Luis Gonzalez Alvarez has a diverse education history in the field of engineering and project management, with a focus on energy and renewable energy projects. Luis obtained a BSc+MSc degree in Energy and Mining from Universidad de Oviedo, where they studied from 2007 to 2013. During this time, they acquired a strong foundation in engineering.

In 2010 to 2011, Luis pursued further studies at the University of Leeds, specializing in Environmental Engineering. This additional degree demonstrates their commitment to deepening their knowledge in the field and expanding their expertise.

Additionally, Luis obtained the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the Cambridge English Language Assessment in June 2013, highlighting their proficiency in the English language.
