Puru R. has been in the IT industry since 2007. Puru began their career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2010, they joined ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LIMITED as a Senior Associate and Cognizant as a Senior Technical Consultant. In 2015, they moved to EY as a Data Architect. In 2017, they joined Kasmo as an IT Pre-Sales | Chief Revenue Officer and Pre-Sales | Business Development | Data Architect. In this role, they are responsible for the overall technology direction, strategy, and methodology development of Kasmo operations, as well as business development for the North America and India regions. Puru has over thirteen years of experience strategizing and developing innovative Analytics, Salesforce and Data Science solutions.

Puru R. is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Jessup University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to that, Puru R. earned a Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2006, with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engg.
