Subhash Tatavarthi

Subhash Tatavarthi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Associate Consultant and later a BI Consultant at Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Principal Consultant at TEKsystems.

Tatavarthi then joined Zensar in 2016 as a Technical Specialist II, where they focused on OBIA installations, configurations, and customization. Subhash also worked on OBIEE and ODI versions, handled customer calls for requirement gathering, and created design documents.

In 2017, Tatavarthi moved to Vigilant Technologies as an Azure Data Engineer. Subhash worked on Azure Data Factory to create pipelines, used PySpark for ETL/ELT code retrofitting, and implemented various projects related to Global ERP, performance tuning, and security. Subhash also managed offshore teams, supported production activities, and created Big Query external tables.

From 2021 to 2023, Tatavarthi worked at Niagara Bottling as a Sr. Azure Data Engineer / Data Architect, specializing in Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks. Subhash migrated data warehouses to Azure Synapse DW, translated business requirements into technical requirements, and implemented business logic based on user stories.

Currently, Subhash Tatavarthi is working at Kasmo as a Sr. Azure Data Engineer / Data Architect. Subhash is responsible for working as a Practice Manager for new initiatives and is currently focused on Greenhouse Analytics and Insurance Analytics. Subhash has expertise in data modeling using Erwin and has integrated data from SharePoint into Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks. Additionally, they analyze functional specifications provided by the business and ensures they are achievable for the team.

Subhash Tatavarthi completed their Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes during the years 2020-2021. Prior to that, they pursued a B Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Malla Reddy College of engineering and technology, from 2004-2008. Subhash completed their primary education up to 10th grade at Vedic Vidyalayam, Secunderabad, obtaining their SSC degree from there in the years 2000-2002. Before that, from 1997-2000, they attended Vedic Vidyalayam High School for their 10th grade education. Additionally, Subhash Tatavarthi obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2023, OBIEE certifications from Oracle in April 2016, and Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate from Databricks in June 2023.
