Danielle Moriber

Danielle Moriber is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigating complex commercial matters, including class action, antitrust, and intellectual property cases. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP since July 2023, Danielle previously held the position of Partner at Spiro Harrison and worked as an attorney at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, Bilzin Sumberg, and Stone & Magnanini LLP. Early career experiences include serving as a law clerk for the United States District Court, where Danielle managed over 150 cases and assisted in drafting judicial opinions, and roles at the United States Copyright Office and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Danielle holds a JD in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law and a BA in American Studies and Political Science from Barnard College.
