Mai al Akkad

Mai Al Akkad is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Senior Corporate Communications Manager for Europe and the US at Kaspersky since March 2023. Previously, Mai held various positions at FINN Partners from February 2020 to February 2023, culminating in the role of Account Supervisor. Earlier experience includes working as a PR Consultant at Schwartz Public Relations and several internships at Amazon Web Services, InterNations, and HBI Helga Bailey GmbH. Mai's journalism roots include a tenure as Features Editor at Qatar Happening and as a Sports Correspondent for Doha News, where coverage included prominent sports events. Mai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and multiple Master's degrees in business administration and organizational change from emlyon business school, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and Lancaster University.
