Bill Knox

Bill Knox serves as the Senior Director of Technical Consulting & Strategic Innovation Projects and previously held the position of Director of Planned Gift Technical Consulting at TIAA Kaspick since August 2012. In this role, Bill advises clients on nonprofit organizational issues, tax matters, and planned giving strategies. Prior experience includes board membership at the Ventura County Taxpayers Association, where Bill researched taxpayer issues and advocated on their behalf, and involvement in various advisory capacities with organizations such as the United Way of Ventura County and California State University, Channel Islands. Bill's educational background features an LLM in Tax from Loyola Law School, a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Chico.
