Alaa Obeida is an accomplished medical professional and educator currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at Kasr AlAiny School of Medicine, Cairo University, since August 2018. Obeida has extensive experience in pediatric surgery, having completed a residency at Cairo University Hospitals from August 2015 to August 2018. Additionally, Obeida is the Founder and President of EYouth, an initiative that started in December 2010, and has also held roles as Co-Founder and Program Coordinator at E-era. Obeida's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Surgery from Kasr AlAiny, an MBBS from Cairo University, and multiple MRCS qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons in London. Training in Religious Pluralism was also completed at Temple University.
