Aly Shalaby, MD FRCS, is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in pediatric surgery and digital health. Currently serving as Chief Inpatient Officer, Chief Digital Health Officer, and Deputy Chief Medical Officer & Lead for Digital Health at OneHealth since 2019, Aly also holds the position of Associate Professor of Pediatric Surgery at Kasr AlAiny School of Medicine, Cairo University, since February 2022. Additionally, Aly serves as a Consultant and Clinical Lead for the Surgical Neonatal ICU at Cairo University Specialized Pediatric Hospital, where involvement began in April 2016. Prior roles include Managing Editor for the Egyptian Pediatric Association Gazette from June 2007 to February 2019, and successive positions as Senior Registrar at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust and St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust between 2012 and 2016.
