Brent Legunn

Brent LeGunn is an experienced real estate professional and sales manager with a strong background in commercial property leasing and green industrial supplies sales. Currently serving as an Associate Broker at Kassin Sabbagh Realty since January 2019 and a Real Estate Broker/Associate Broker at Harlem Lofts Inc since 2014, Brent has successfully represented landlords and tenants in New York City. Brent has also held roles as Sales Manager at Industrial Green Products, where Brent built a profitable ecommerce business, and as a Real Estate Broker/Associate Broker at SPIRE GROUP, contributing to the establishment of a new Commercial Real Estate division. Previous experience includes sales roles at Supplies Unlimited and Douglas Elliman Real Estate, with a focus on marketing and closing commercial leasing transactions. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hartford, earned in 2003.
