Isaac Shabot

Isaac Shabot is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales and retail leasing. Since March 2016, Isaac has served as the Director of Investment Sales at Kassin Sabbagh Realty. Prior to this role, Isaac held the position of Associate Director at HFF from May 2015 to February 2016, focusing on NYC retail investment sales. Isaac's career began in June 2008 at Ripco Real Estate as a Retail Leasing Associate, where responsibilities included representing retail tenants, marketing properties for lease, and negotiating lease terms. Earlier experience as an Acquisitions Associate at United Equity Investments/Glory Capital involved identifying potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and managing negotiations for commercial property sales. Isaac holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Baruch College, CUNY.
