Steven Pollan

Steven Pollan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the investment sales and capital markets sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Vice President of Investment Sales and Capital Markets at Kassin Sabbagh Realty since November 2015, Steven has played a pivotal role in significant real estate transactions, including a notable $28.5 million sale. Additionally, since March 2008, Steven has been the CEO of Cadence Capital, an investment banking firm specializing in capital raising and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. Prior to this role, Steven was the CEO of Atlas Capital from November 2000 to December 2007. Steven holds a degree from Queens College, where studies took place from 1988 to 1992.
