Ben Cohen

Ben Cohen currently serves as a Superintendent at Kast Construction, a position held since August 2025, following an earlier role as Assistant Superintendent with the same company from March 2023 to November 2024. During this time, Ben oversaw large-scale multifamily residential projects, including a 324-unit complex and a 270-unit mixed-use building. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Project Manager at Sea-Dar Construction from March 2022 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing high-end custom home construction projects, and at CGU Homes from July 2019 to February 2022, focusing on delivering luxury residences and renovations in the Southwest Florida market. Ben Cohen earned a degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, completing studies in December 2022.
