İpek Merve Yazıcı, ACC, serves as the Learning & Development Unit Manager at Kastamonu Entegre since July 2014, focusing on enhancing HR strategies and organizational development processes, including talent management and performance management. Prior experience includes HR Executive roles at Karadeniz Holding and Türk Henkel, where İpek Merve Yazıcı successfully coordinated recruitment and OD teams, and implemented training programs and HR systems. Additionally, as a Professional Coach and HR Consultant since September 2020, İpek Merve Yazıcı provides coaching for individuals transitioning into managerial roles and supports organizational development for professionals. İpek Merve Yazıcı holds a degree in Economics from Marmara University and is trained in professional coaching through the Sola Unitas Academy.
