Margaret Bicz

Margaret Bicz has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as the Regional Director for Multifamily at Kastle Systems since June 2021. Prior to this role, Margaret was the Director of Business Development at Planned Companies from January 2017 to June 2021. Margaret also operated a consulting firm, Woodrich Holdings, LLC, from January 2001 to December 2016, providing a range of services including business development and marketing across five states and the District of Columbia. Additionally, Margaret owned Little Gurus, LLC, producing a children’s clothing line, and managed significant real estate assets through Double Eagle Capital, LLC and Tierra Verde Partners, LLC. Earlier career highlights include a progression from sales representative to Advertising Sales Director at Artvoice, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Margaret is continuing education at the University of South Florida.
