Stephen Lehtonen

Stephen Lehtonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, innovation, and education. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Kasvaa since August 2020, Stephen focuses on helping mid-market companies grow through strategic partnerships and execution. As Head of Innovation Practice at Growthink since January 2016, Stephen has supported growth projects and capital raises, enhancing sales performance and contributing to M&A efforts. Previously, Stephen held roles including President of the UCLA Anderson MBA Alumni Network, Head of Business Development at QuickEats, and Southern California Director at Grail Research. Stephen is also the founder of two organizations, Breakaway Education and Breakaway Consulting, dedicated to teacher development and strategic support for small businesses and nonprofits. An MBA graduate from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Stephen also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC San Diego.
