Juliana Dias has a diverse work experience ranging from marketing communications to business analysis. Juliana started their career as a Commercial Assistant at KONGSBERG in 2002 and later worked as an Executive Assistant at Aspro. Juliana then joined Anadarko Petroleum as a Business Analyst in 2007.

In 2008, they joined Equinor as a Marketing Communications Coordinator and successfully implemented new communication channels and launched safety campaigns, resulting in a significant reduction in accident rates. Juliana continued to excel in internal communication and engagement activities at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) as a Marketing Communications Manager from 2013 to 2016.

Currently, Juliana is the Head of Marketing Communications at Kasznar Leonardos Intellectual Property, where they have led various initiatives such as rebranding, social media implementation, change management, customer experience, and marketing strategy. Juliana has also managed events and developed media relations strategies, positioning the company's directors as top voices in their fields.

Throughout their career, Juliana has demonstrated their ability to foster an inspiring culture and build high-performing teams, evident in their success in increasing organizational engagement and work-life balance. Juliana Dias has a diverse education history. Juliana obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Organizational Integrated Communications from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2011-2013. In 2008-2009, they completed an MBA in Oil & Gas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Juliana's earliest education achievement was a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Faculdade FACHA, which they completed from 2002-2005.

Apart from their formal education, Juliana has also earned various additional certifications. Notably, they are currently pursuing a certification in "O Branded Content para Engajamento e Construção de Marca" from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which is expected to be obtained in 2023. Juliana has also completed a certification in Branding from Ana Couto in 2021 and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2017.
