Alyssa Mastel, C.M. has a diverse work experience that spans from 2008 to the present. Alyssa began their career as an Office Assistant for Bismarck Public Schools in 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Medical Records Technician for St. Alexius Medical Center - Heart and Lung Clinic. In 2013, they worked as a Banquet Server for Alerus Center. In 2014, they worked as an Independent Contractor for Jviation, Inc. and also Jobshadowed at Minot International Airport. In 2015, they worked as an Intern at Bismarck Municipal Airport, where they assisted the Airport Managers in the administration and supervisory duties in operations, maintenance, safety, and administrative functions of the airport. In 2016, they worked as a Patient Registration for Mid Dakota Clinic. Finally, in 2019, they worked as a Business Management Specialist for KAT Marketing.

Alyssa Mastel, C.M. earned a Bachelor's degree in Airport Management from the University of North Dakota in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Biology, General from Bismarck State College in 2012. Additionally, they are a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
