Ari Risma

Ari Risma has a diverse work experience. Ari is currently working as a Business Development Representative at Kata.ai, an Indonesian conversational artificial intelligence company. In this role, they focus on understanding human conversation and aims to empower people by providing them with a more human way to interact with technology.

Prior to this, Ari worked as a Lead Customer Service at Izzura Group from May 2021 to November 2021.

Ari also worked as a Partnerships Specialist at Qontak.com Technology Solutions from January 2021 to May 2021. Qontak.com is a leading provider of enterprise Omnichannel CRM technology and a global tier 1 ranked Official WhatsApp Business API partner.

In 2020, Ari worked as an Asisten lecturer at Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) from September 2020 to January 2021.

Ari has also gained experience in leadership and organizational roles during their time at BEM FEMA IPB. Ari served as Staff deputy of human research development from November 2017 to November 2018, Coreteam Milenial leadership camp from April 2018 to June 2018, and Coreteam I-Change from January 2018 to March 2018.

Additionally, Ari worked as Staff relation and sponsorship at Ecology sport and event Bem FEMA IPB from December 2017 to February 2018.

Ari Risma attended IPB University from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Community Development.
