Anu Kritsmann

Anu Kritsmann has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Anu started their career at Tele2 Eesti AS in 2002 as a Content Manager, where they managed and edited web portal content and designed new web-based applications. In 2003, they joined Trigger Software OÜ as a UI Designer & Usability Specialist until 2009. During this time, they focused on designing user interfaces and conducting usability testing. From 2009 to 2013, Anu worked as an Interaction Designer at Helmes AS, where they designed interactions and user interfaces for complex information systems. Anu then moved to Skype in 2013 and worked as a Senior Production Designer until 2018. Anu'sresponsibilities included UX design of product features and Android integration.

Since 2018, Anu has been working at Katana Cloud Manufacturing. Anu started as a Design Lead and transitioned to the role of Product Designer. Anu'swork at Katana involves designing and developing products, with their current role focused on product design. Overall, Anu's work experience showcases their proficiency in various design roles and their ability to adapt to different industries and organizations.

Anu Kritsmann completed their Master of Science in Engineering degree in Economics and Information Systems Design from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, from 1989 to 1995. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Product Owner designation from Scrum Alliance Training. Anu also holds multiple additional certifications, including a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation obtained in December 2019, and various UX Design certifications from LinkedIn, obtained in September 2018.
