Riikka Söderlund

Riikka Söderlund has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Riikka most recently worked as the CMO at Katana Cloud Manufacturing starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Marketing at Smartly.io from November 2021 to February 2023. During their time at Smartly.io, they also served as the Director of Marketing and Demand Generation from October 2020 to February 2022 and as the Marketing Director from April 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Smartly.io, Riikka worked at Omnicom Media Group as the Director of Marketing Strategy from September 2016 to September 2018. Riikka also gained experience as a Communications Trainee at Eurofacts Oy and Finnair in 2005. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in various marketing roles across different industries.

Riikka Söderlund's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at Turku University of Applied Sciences. Riikka studied Digital Arts until 2003. In the same year, they also started studying at Diaconia University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication. Riikka completed their degree in 2005. Additionally, in 2004, they spent a brief period studying International Marketing at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Finally, Riikka Söderlund began studying Cultural history and Political science at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku in 2002 and has not yet completed this degree.
