In 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Katana Safety, a website found at www.katanasafety.com. In 2017, they co-founded Buffalo Soul, a songwriter sanctuary found at www.buffalosoul.com.

Todd W. Baldree received their Bachelor of Science (BS) from Winthrop University in 1990, majoring in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Todd W. then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1993, specializing in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
