Jorge Diaz

Jorge Diaz has a long and varied work experience. Jorge began their career in 1994 as a Senior HR Representative at State Farm Insurance. In 2000, they joined Tellabs as a Senior Manager of Human Resources and then moved to GE Healthcare in 2003 as a Global Human Resources Manager. In 2007, they became the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Marsh. In 2012, they joined Verizon Connect as the Chief People Officer, VP Human Resources, and SVP, Human Resources (CHRO) at Fleetmatics. In 2019, they joined Coyote Logistics as the Chief People Officer. In 2021, they founded and became the Executive Coach of Progress over Perfection Group. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief People Officer for Katapult Group.

Jorge Diaz is currently completing a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, a Certified Executive Coach from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Jorge also holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
