José Alfredo Pérez

José Alfredo Pérez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in validation, testing, and project management. Currently serving as Validation and Testing Manager at Katcon since December 2012, José has excelled in team development, technical training across international locations, and data analysis to enhance productivity. Previous roles include Project Validation Engineer at Katcon and Project Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation, where significant contributions were made to quality improvement, technical mentoring, and cost savings initiatives. José holds dual master's degrees in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte and EGADE, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
