Nichola Tucker Gray

Nichola Tucker Gray began their career in 2005 as the Chair of Hiring and Recruiting at RWIT: The Student Center for Research, Writing, and Information Technology, Dartmouth College. In 2007, they worked as an Editorial Intern at The Atlantic. Nichola then moved on to become a 7th Grade English Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher for Teach for America in 2008. In 2011, Gray was hired as the Manager, Program Administration for the Council for Economic Education. In 2012, they pursued their MBA at Columbia Business School. After graduating, in 2013, they worked as a Summer Associate for Booz & Company. From 2014 to 2018, Gray worked as a Manager and Senior Associate for Strategy&, part of the PwC network. In 2022, they joined Level as a Community Member. Most recently, in 2018, Gray co-founded Kate McLeod, where they currently serve as the Co-Founder & CEO.

Nichola Tucker Gray obtained a B.A. in English and Art History from Dartmouth College between 2004 and 2008. Nichola then pursued an M.S. in Secondary English Education from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College between 2008 and 2010. In 2010, they completed a Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School between 2012 and 2014.
