Mauro Deugeni

Mauro Deugeni has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Mauro started their career as a Lieutenant in the Italian Army from 1991 to 1994. In 1996, they joined SOMEFI S.p.A. as a Project Manager and Hardware Engineer, where they developed automation systems for petrochemical plants and provided consultancy services to customers. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Service Engineer at KLA-Tencor, servicing film and critical dimension measurement tools and earning recognition for their high level of customer satisfaction. Mauro then moved on to become a Senior Technical Support Engineer at KLA-Tencor from 2005 to 2011, where they provided technical assistance to global clients, served as a technical expert in Europe, and achieved significant cost savings by eliminating the need for experts from the SF Bay Area. From 2011 to 2017, Mauro held the role of Customer Satisfaction Initiative Program Manager/Senior Technical Support Manager at KLA-Tencor, where they led a team of professionals, oversaw technical support and process assistance to regional accounts, and implemented cost reduction programs. Since 2017, they have been working at Kateeva, initially as a Senior Account Support Manager and currently as a Director of Service Business.
